    In what way is HH2 a pain? I don't untie mine once it's dialed how I like. If I'm sliding my HH down the rope, it's an extra check on rope condition. I have enough ropes to leave my HH and HH2 on htp hanks. I love the Ezpz Akimbo on-off!

    Consider leaving those established volunteers and transplant trees from elsewhere. Your climate is tough. Small trees go away in a blink of the eye but take a long time to get established and growing.

    Specifying what experience you want is more important than 5 years experience. I've got 18 years PNW experience that would not transfer well. I'm in Las Vegas, currently. I don't know almost all the species of palms and trees, and I lived here 20 years ago for a winter.
