    Yeah, we tried that. It’s a bit awkward to ask a competitor to help train you…they are a nice company and sold us their crane for a fair price, but they’re not really interested in helping us much more than that.

    Yes, he’s our employee and he is operating the crane we own. It’s a 1998 Grove TMS640. Like I said, he was certified by NJ Crane experts but he still has so much to learn. I am still learning as well and I’m just trying to find resources so we can get better. Thanks.
