    Mix oil PSA

Wow that's nice. Most places that do have non ethanol only offer it in 91-93.

    Mix oil PSA

Have you used it? Burns very clean, I really enjoyed using it for a few tanks in my 066. It's totally worth it.

    NWP big bore cyl/piston

Meteor pistons are great! Probably the number one choice after OEM. I've had good experiences with them. I haven't used a NWP cylinder yet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    MS 261 muffler mod

It's better in that the saw breaths easier. The exhaust caries the heat away from the engine, so more heat going out through a larger exhaust means a cooler running engine.

    Mix oil PSA

Hey Buzzers, just want to throw out a recommendation for all. If your employer is buying oil that isn't full synthetic from a name brand like Stihl or Husqvarna please recommend they do. I'm currently tearing apart a husky 394 and 372 from an arborist company that are 3 years old with blown...

    MS 261 muffler mod

If you aren't comfortable with tuning do not attempt muffler mods. Search for how to tune a chainsaw and you should find a post from blsnelling on YouTube that explains it.

    MS 261 muffler mod

It's the same concept. Enlarge the stock opening under the deflector, remove limiters and re tune. There are a lot of pictures of what people have done and some videos, try a Google search. If you do the 192, the. The 261 shouldn't be a problem. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Racing Fuel in Chainsaws?

Redbull660 seems to spend his days thinking up new test for different variables that go into cut times. He almost broke AS with an epic oil test thread. There was much butt hurt when results didn't support people long held beliefs. It was amusing to me, but some people took it insanely...

    Racing Fuel in Chainsaws?

That's not surprising, increasing octane has not been linked to increased performance. I'll post a bit of research a member of AS ran.

    Need thoughts on my 200t

You've got two options, low compression or over under on your H. Another poster is right about what the techs do to tune saws, they use a set formula and if the spark screen is gone then they could easily be wrong. There also are good techs that do it the right way in wood, but it's rare. If...

My first Uber ride...is there an Uber-tree coming?

Angie's lists lets you buy tree work through an app. I think I found 6-7 local companies offering deals for tree work. It's a different model since you pay up front and the company never bids. Obviously it's a good way for hacks to get work and most reviews will be moot because most customers...
