    Knot blocked speedline line through the ring and a rope tied to the piece and then brought through the pulley and to a portawrap at base or in canopy locked off. Release once piece is off.     There are many other options I would think for this application… maybe not. More of an exercise for the splices as well. But might be cool. @Muggs recent video of a controlled speed line setup was pretty cool.
