    Wet gear

    used to hang my wet saddle, ropes, rain gear at the top of the basement steps above the furnace in my old house - all but the bull rope would be dry by morning. new house, no idea yet - likely the same. furnace is working anyway, right? keeping wet rope smell in basement is a plus :)
