    Contact treestuff, I'm sure they'll send you one. It's a really small spring set screw. Make sure it's tight every once in a while, it's the part that forces the bird to engage and keep tension on the rope. No screw=No more Life.

    I run teufelburger tachyon on my RR. Pretty smooth descent and such. Makes swings lot easier. As far as ascending your tending point is absolutely key.
