New Lyme desease test
A coworker of mine who didn't have insurance got it. He felt like shit but kept on keeping on till customers started asking if he was drunk because he was slurring his words and walking funny. OK so heres the redneck part. One tool at my disposal is an old beet to fuck knuckle boom that in a perverse way I love. Chained stump to frame of truck so truck couldn't be pushed away and then raised boom and with the extension cylinders pushed on the tree. It came right off of the contact... -

What is it worth?
This isn't specific to modern arb work merely my philosophy. If you don't want the risk of falling out of a tree go do something else and get killed in some other completely random way. For the inherent risks that our jobs expose us to I feel like we do OK. Yes it sucks when a life is ended...- pctree

Huge chip truck
I lucked out last winter and snatched up a CCC dump truck off eBay with an 18' bed holds 30+ yards . I'll get some pictures. Love that truck but as others have said with the big trucks you have to stay on the asphalt- pctree

We roll with 6x6s 3' and 2' and on occasion have had 5 or so layers which got me thinking about having holes drilled in them at regular dimensions so we could insert rebar. Slewing off a stack would be a bad day. I really like the idea of 4x12s but have to consider if I have room, seems like... -
