I am selling my Bobcat MT52. It has just over 2000 hrs. I am selling the BMG, bucket, forks, and 2 different rider platforms. It works well and is a real money maker. I am getting my new Ditch Witch this week so I do not need 2. I am asking $10,000 for the whole set up.
Cheers
I do not have pics of the top right now. The platform is at my welders shop right now. I'll get pics tomorrow and try to get them up tomorrow. It is diamond plate steel that is painted black.
If you are thinking of building a multipurpose truck I am selling my platform that I had built for my mini skid steer 2 years ago. It is custom built and 4'x8'. It has tie down rings in all 4 corners. One side holds a 4' toolbox underneath and the other has a bracket to hold extra attachments...
You are correct color is not required. Same buddy actually said he actually found a local construction company that wanted uncolored and they were gonna use a bark blower to load those errosion prevention socks. Seemed like a great market for a "waste" product.
A buddy of mine just started turning his chips into mulch last yr. There is a lot more to it. Yes you have to regrind them but then you have to add color which is done I either a wet or dry method. I do not know a ton about either way other than the guys that do it are adimat that their way is...
I have also been in this position for a bit and I also think I am going to go with gasser. In addition to the rot, high mileage, beat to death issues there is also the issue of every small dick douche bag in the world needs to "roll coal" to prove his manliness. So he buys what would have been...
Yeah. I have wondered about the honesty factor. I have guys that I trust but it is still somethjing to be aware of. Good call. Thanks everyone for your feedback.
So I am a small business. I have run part time thus far. Right now I email my guys hours to the accountant at the end of the day. I am changing the way I do things this year. And one of the things that I need to change is adding a time clock. I was wondering what yall use. Is there one...
So as I mentioned I am about to upgrade the mini. This is going to lead to a redesign of the platform. One of my buddies had his welder make a platform and I think this is the design to have. Passenger side has a dove tail. The ramps are permanently attached and are spring assisted for easy...
Yeah thanks. I like the way my fab guy put it all together. I don't have any pics of my platform. It is nearly identical to @climbhightree. On the drivers side i put a 4ft under body box for saws and on the passanger side is the bracket under the platform holds which the bucket and the forks...
I agree. I have a similar set up to @climbhightree. I actually got his advice when building my truck which was very helpful. I just bought a dump trailer and am going to add a tow truck and that will be my 2 man set up. It is the most efficient set up for a small company IMO.
Not only the up front cost of the diesel but repair cost is also a fraction of the cost with a gas motor. To replace a blown diesel can be 10s of thousands. Replacing a gas motor may be 10k total.
