    New device from buckingham

My Saturday nights always involved Monty Python and Dr Who. My dad was a fan. I now understand what a sniveling little rat faced git is. I always went to be before Benny Hill. Be well Sir!!

    The Everyday Arborist Podcast

I feel kinda conflicted posting this because it's a podcast I'm on but even if you don't watch this episode, give others a listen. Cam is really trying to connect with some regular folks out there who have stories he thinks are interesting. I had fun doing this and was humbled to be...

Been using mine a bunch and am having a time with it. What was your ideal set up @Muggs? I can't find it or maybe overlooked it. I'm using Tri-tech and sometimes it doesn't want to release under a lot of tension and taking up tension is a bit tough also. Pointers? I know you are the subject...

    Today....

Friday was great as well. Lots of 1" deadwood on the 4th ranked Swamp Chestnut oak in Virginia. 3 climbers in this tree. Truly a stellar training day for me. SO much mentorship. I'd get to my spot and do my work and if it was a tough travel to get to where I wanted to go I was told to go...

    Today....

It is the lower D's on the Sequoia. The other darker gold item is the extendable bridge adjuster from Petzl

    New device from buckingham

I Climbed with a tester at the MAC Comp setting up. He loved it. Didn't find the size an issue and said it was unmatched for ascent. I asked him how it differs from the Akimbo and pretty much said everybody asks that but it's nothing like the Akimbo. I didn't get to try it myself but he...

    Today....

Not exactly today but all this week. Working "part time". Been a long time since I've been the new guy but I'm the new (old) guy. First day was Monday, Side hustle Tuesday, Wednesday 1st Z meeting and tomorrow another work day. Trying my hardest to get back into it.

    Business license

Totally depends on the state. I can only comment on Virginia but I had to become an entity, get a tax ID, register with the state corporation commission and get a license in the city my business is located.

    I fell yesterday

Wow. Glad you're ok. Even though it had a good outcome. Process the event and let yourself react to it. There's no point in sucking it up and moving on. It'll do much better to let it really sink in and process it. Not telling you what to do but it works for me. I had a couple near misses...
