No no I would be acting 100% as a good Samaritan who just happened to be driving by. Chances are I'd be first on scene which may give me time to get spurs and belt on. We have 2 full time firefighters and 2 cops on our dept, and they have to do all the same training as "new recruits" as actual new recruits need to do, because they are new to the hall. Now thats brutal, considering our recruit process is every other weekend for just shy of a year.- Treeastcott

Well the handy thing about all this is I'm on the FD and closest to the hall. So if I heard the page I'd prob go straight to the scene. Aerial rescue practice
I've inquired about training the fire halls in the area in aerial rescue. Won't happen. Way too much of a liability for them. Bust out the ladders boys!!! I'll just act as a good Samaritan at that point and hopefully preform a rescue.- Treeastcott
