I'm in southern oregon...on a crew of ex loggers who don't really care for trees. So it can be a little discouraging at times when you want to do things right. I know it's going to take some time to get efficient with ropes. I think it will pay off because none of the tree company's around me...
Thanks for the advice... I think I'm going to get tachyon and armor prus 8mm...I'm a little confused with the lengths. I've only climbed with a blakes so I'm unsure what length I need for a vt or any of the other hitches used with the hitchclimber. Any thoughts on a good length to start with?
