D. Douglas Dent book for sale...I'll discount mine

Do you have more than one copy? I would like one for me and one for a friends reference library. I assume that you have some kind of payment plan?

Before Muggs got the Ecopy of Fundamentals available it was routine to find softcover copies on ABE searches for $500-$900. Mostly were in the $400 +/- Once Muggs E copy showed up resales of the original were listed for under $100 and up. I chuckle when I see that bookstores still try for the old prices. They aren't checking real prices.

The price on Dent's book is funny. About every 3-4 weeks one shows up on ABE for under $100. If I can find a sucker...er...uh....sorry....book colllector here on Treebuzz to buy mine at my discount....includes USA 48 shipping we might fund a Treeebuzz family picnic at ValleyFair here in Minnesota
 
I’ve got a copy. Anyone interested? It’s not in the greatest condition, some of the glue on the binding has failed, but everything is there. Make me an offer!

I meet Doug back in the day. A cool and interesting man with an immense amount of timber falling knowledge which he learned through smarts and decades of trial and error..I still have a copy or 2 laying around here and have given 10-12 copies away in my life. Silly me, I had no idea copies were fetching that kind of money. You know what needs to be done Mr. Muggs.
