Best Rake

I didn't look at it. I just assumed that if someone bothered to make a telescoping handle that they would throw us tall people a bone.
I think its more about extending down for storage, than extending up for versatility. I've thought about keeping one in the suv I drive around for visits, etc...every now and then I'll prune a few branches while I'm out and stuff them in the back - would be good to do a nice job cleaning up on those, but I never have a rake.

I wonder if a more durable tine could replace the ones that break? It’s tempting to give it a try.
They fall apart at the adjustable sliding tine mechanism and can't be resurrected.
I have never broke one. Someone else is rough with it. If the tines get bent, that's a problem.
They are great for light raking. There is a lot of control for getting around in flower beds, not raking rocks, etc. Once he pile is heavy or if you are raking heavy material, use something else.

Green handle is the Maintainer and yellow handle is the Groundskeeper. Notice the less aggressive curve of the tines on the Maintainer. Both are great rakes but the Maintainer is nicer, longer handle, padded handle ( which doesn’t last forever), and not as grabby. Plus these rakes are well used at the time of the photo.
