Ha! Tree work is always gentle! Not buying headaches is nice but I can turn a wrench so it’s worth looking to me.New is still built by humans, and still can have problems, but not buying anyone else's problems.
Are tree folks ever hard on loaders?

Rarely using the auxiliary pump, mostly just fetching and carrying.
Panels probably get a bit of stick but mechanically and hydraulic wise it’s not too hard for them.
I would disagree with that statement. We push our loaders very hard, they may not be pushing and pulling a lot, but they certainly are lifting! We have one old caterpillar skid loader that can lift 80% over rated capacity, and does so pretty much every day.I would say not.
