I made an order recently for two Protos helmets with coms installed. I made a note saying to call me if they had a different color in stock they could ship sooner. They called first thing in the morning to describe the colors they did have, installed another com on the second helmet, and shipped them that day. I was impressed. I think what impressed me most was someone actually read what I wrote and then turned those words into action.

I have no idea why the other suppliers don't carry Duck Oil. I bought several things in an order because they had it.

@flushcut Duck Oil is the label compliant lubricant for DMM hardware. Know anyone who has any of that?
