Thanks for going to the trouble of taking all those pics and producing the writeup, Mr. G! I appreciate it. With how busy I am at the moment, that's probably beyond the amount of work I can put into getting it back to near 100% (not to mention the lack of required tools). Would love to see what Rico does with it.Here are some photos. There will be several groups. Pretty obvious between the dirty and cleaned up. I discovered several issues that may make you change your mind. Because i live at the back door to hell and i sweat like a pig, theunanodized rings have areas of corrosion and will need to be replaced along with a few of the anodized rings where the coating has worn off. There is also the one rivet repair that i did where the "T" nut has just about rusted away. At the time i couldn't find a stainless "T" nut but they are available. You can see by the condition of the cap screw and washer that the stainless works fine. This connection is not life support and my repair was approved for a competition. Really all those rivets need retrofitted. The other issue would be the buckle which has worn off the galvanization and shows some rusting but it isn't bad. Second set of photos will show after cleaning (saddle soap and armor all. Let me know what you think. I'd like to see enough out of it for a new pair of SIP climbing pants. If you don't want it i may send it out to rico for a retrofit. Let me know, Eric G
