The hydraulics leaks usually were loose fittings, quick re tighten, but on one occasion we had to replace an o-ring. The vibration in the machine has caused a few small bolts to fall out that hold the fairings on. On our newest machine I blue loctited all the external bolts, an hour of work. The machine is well protected and most things have been easy to work on. It comes from Italy where they have a shorter working day so unfortunately it has 4-5 hours of fuel on board. They have been trying to increase the capacity from the factory for the US market, but I don’t think it’s happened yet. We carry two 5 gal cans and they last most of the week.
The biggest issue that’s happened and only on one as we learned our lesson is that the drive sprocket bolts can back out leaving the sprocket to wobble and wear prematurely. We went through that with the first machine and then replaced the bolts on all subsequent machines with blue loctite.
