Fleet (vehicles & equipment) management app reviews, please!

Are you using software or an app that makes organizing maintenance/repairs on your vehicles & equipment easier?

I'm particularly interested in cloud-based services with excellent customer support that:
1. Offer customizable forms for monthly, weekly, and daily vehicle & equipment inspections.
2. Are easy for crew members to navigate on a smart phone.
3. Facilitate communications between crews, admin and mechanics (in-house and outside service) about repair details, including delegating and scheduling.
4. Enable meeting FMCSA and state regulations for vehicles and equipment inspections, incident reporting, and recordkeeping.
5. Price reasonably by the number of vehicles/equipment pieces, not by number of users. (Currently considering a quote for customizable inspection forms & maintenance/repair tracking at a monthly rate of $10/vehicle.)

How do you use Google Forms? Are there templates you’ve found, or did you just create your own? I’ve been lazily looking for a better system than the notebook in the shop that no one actually fills out. I’ll have to look at Whiparound too, I’ve been thinking about trying Fleetio.

You just make what you want. You do it and it will automatically link to google sheets and you'll have a spreadsheet with the items you populate by date and time. Its super easy and totally customizable.
