Singleops

Looking for some input on the Singleops business management program. I own and operate a tree service with 8-10 crew members, growing a plant health care side, and have one full time sales arborist. We have been using Quickbooks online version for estimates and bookkeeping. This program looks good on the surface. Wanted to get some input from people who have implememnted it into their company.

We compared SingleOps and Jobber this past year, and decided that Jobber was the better option at this point, as it is more simple to setup, and costs less for a smaller crew size. However, I believe SingleOps looks like a better option for a larger company who wants to put in the work to set it up, as I believe it to be more customizable than Jobber.

I'm not sure about their services but they are major spammers, just relentless, almost as bad as homeadvisor, maybe worse. Asked many times to be removed from email lists but they won't give it up.

We have used both single ops and jobber. One lacks a easy user interface (single ops) where jobber lacks the detail oriented platform that most tree companies would like, I.E. quickbooks integration, scheduling coordinating along with a few other basics. We are now going with Arborgold. I have a friend who runs and operates the largest tree care business on Oahu and said that they love it. We had single ops come and do a week of tutoring and more with our office and field staff and still we were displeased with the overall product. They have the "gps map" waypoint for easy tree marking, well its just google maps which in our area is not up to date at all. Some neighborhoods which have been here for a few years dont even show up on the map. Jobber is great for a smaller company in my opinion. The guys can figure it out as well as the office staff. Anything more than basics it will leave you frustrated and looking for other options.

I have some first hand experience with Arborgold and was not impressed at all. The tech support was terrible and there was a big need for tech support. This was several years ago so maybe they have improved.

Hi there, I have been looking into ArborGold and SingleOps myself. Would you mind sharing what software you went with and how you like it?
I am looking for real users who can provide feedback.
