That looks great! Too much garlic though? Phooey. There’s no such thing as too much garlic.
Agreed, that meal has become our Christmas Eve tradition.
Then I drink various types of whiskey.
I remember my baby mama tried making my Mom’s chicken scallopini from the recipe. It called for 5 cloves of garlic, she used 5 heads of garlic

I worked at 2 plants in Korea in 1981 & 1982 (Seoul & Inchon).
I would be taken out to dinner every night.
It was NOT unusual to have ONE Whole cup of raw garlic per person at dinner ! ! !
If I thought that one of the locals "smelled bad"; it was not their fault.
It was because I was not eating my requirement of garlic.

Years ago, I had a father-in-law who I went fishing with a number of times... he would sit in the boat eating raw garlic, thinking it would keep the mosquitos from biting him. It didn't actually work, but he was convinced it was helping. I quit going fishing with him. I'd get woozy on that boat, thinking I was in an Italian restaurant on the high seas.
