Forgive me....that makes me hungry and I don't know why. Wish him nothing but a speedy recovery, but shish kabab sounds so good right now.
Just one of the reasons I wear a bull riding vest in nasty trees.

Good thing I've never had to climb a tree that bad, and I don’t think I will have too. I have an old flak jacket I could wear though...Just one of the reasons I wear a bull riding vest in nasty trees.

100% correct. Let us for a minute consider the roles reversed. I personally could not imagine the pain and shock of such an event. That is a huge near fatal injury. I pray for a full recovery for this man, though I know it will be a fairly long road.Guys...its time for a reminder about how Awakenings is used.

I have seen and dealt with similar incidents though not with wood. Even had a few we had to get creative and cut the object from the patient so the could be moved. Not remove them from or remove the object from but to make it small enough to be able to move them. For instance. Iron fences.Stephen this is big boy stuff. Your comments are truly appeciated seeing as it is your background. Looks intense AF. Could not imagine this man's pain...or headspace for that manner.
My lord. That is some serious trauma. Not for the faint of heart. Good stuff Stephen.I have seen and dealt with similar incidents though not with wood.
