I think you mean”too whiny”. Well it is called rant and rave. I agree I’m not owed shit. My point was more of a commentary on crappy customer service. Places that I do business with locally have a no questions asked on gear returns even if it looks like it got worked over. It’s not the retailers job to argue the warranty- hook up a customer that spends a fuck ton at your store and it will come back to you. As well I do think the tree Austria is a bit dainty for my style even though it is my second one.
But I suppose it’s old need since ts sold that their service went downhill.
As far as me being a client- I’ve been in the tree service profession for over 30 years and I can tell you I am very appreciative of any tradesmen that do work at my place.

Hey Skew. Here is the simplest way to connect the TA Suspenders to the TA 3.2. No mods necessary, and solid as a rock. Kinda like some of the older Buck suspenders were set up. I will get some pic soon of the other way I sometimes run them which involves a small mod.

I'm not sure where this originated, but reports of Nick's departure from TreeStuff are greatly exaggerated. Nick Bonner is the General Manager of TreeStuff.com and an important leader and shareholder at our company. He is fully employed at TreeStuff and hopefully will be for a long time.
