I got to demo the allaccessequipment CMC78 (I believe) at the Charlotte Expo. Nice machine but the controls were uncomfortable. I felt like they could be laid out better and more ergonomically.

Easy lift 70-36 AJ ( UPequip)is what I purchased in May, demo'd 2 of the other big manufacturers, controls were crap and computers ......well too many things to go wrong and did go wrong ! No thanks ! Mines been awesome and productive, easy to maintain and simple electronics and hydraulics, best built and best priced also! Plus if maintenance or anythings needed helps only an hour away not a country away!

Here is a picture of our fiberglass basket and controls. You will be able to play with them at TCI Expo as we will have demo sessions.

What's the story with photo 4?

Could not just fell it?
About to lower entire top?
Not being a ding dong, just curious. All I could imagine is the lawn is installed turf with irrigation/sprinklers. Had a few of those jobs where we could not drop a thing, no trace left.

What did you think about the speed in the air?
Do you operate a bucket regularly?

Yeah, I have a HiRanger but had just gotten it when i demoed the spider. From what I can remember it was fine on speed and was an awesome piece of equipment but having to operate the hand controls all day every day would've been a pain. I'd like to demo the one deevo mentioned

Septic, unilock driveway and yes sprinklers as well. Believe me I like to flop em and get em down as fast as any other arborist

Mike, I would not consider a spiderlift unless the lower boom and upper boom telescope. Some brands have only the upper boom telescope, which is fine for removals but terrible for deadwooding/pruning. Having both booms push up, in or out is ideal for really working through a canopy. We run a Teupen.

Which teupen? How are controls and speed?

I'm really considering one. Thought I was gonna step up from a rear mount 60' to a rear mount 75' elevator ( k-boom is later) but we do a fair amount of climbing still...and eab is about to come to town. That said, I hope I can demo one at the show this week! Do I need to sign up now?
