I'll go down for the winters, is it ok if I only work 3 days a week? I'm afraid of snakes and alligators though, unless you give me a C-8 or something to fend them off!

All care tree. We are busy all year long so you just want to be a snow bird and come down in the winter and work 3 days? You don't have to worry about gators and the snakes aren't as bad as what people think.
