Wanted: HH2 holster

Out of stock at Gap, but they’re really good about returning calls and emails and can probably tell you when they’ll have them again.

I’ll second Gap Arborist Supply, they usually stock it. Give them a call and they can tell you when to expect it to be available again.

I got one from Wesspur just a few weeks ago, but don't see it on their website at the moment.

Bump!
I was just showing my HHX and HH2 to a friend. He had seen them both at a distance or in pictures but never closely examined both. He remembered that the plastic holster used to be sold under the inventors name. Neither of us could recall that name. Help for the weak of memory would be appreciated!

Sometimes something leaves my mind and then comes back. Was it Walter Haulenbeek?
I think he used to make them for Treestuff but his name does not show up anymore.

Hate it, can’t fit the carabiner for knee ascender along with neck tether carabiner. Also it’s floppy. I have one, If I can find it you can have it if you pay shipping. It’s on an hh1, not sure if that matters.

I made a few based upon the very first post by Walter Haulenbeek, who came up with the idea.
The holster works well.
Wesspur will help you out.
Their item # is: ASC184‑H
And, it is currently in Stock

I don’t think Paul did the holster though. I had the holster and hated it. Sewed up a short eye2eye out of accessory cord that worked great.
To be clear Paul invented the HH. Not the holster.. and I agree with OldOak. Couldn’t get the holster off of my HH quick enough. Hated that thing.

When you guys are rope walking does your carabiner stay put? I've only ran the eye to eye and it's always worked pretty well but the carabiner can get pretty offset. It's not the end of the world and I've gotten used to checking it but I've definitely set back onto it, times when I'm tired and noticed I'm on my gate.
