FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS AND ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK WE HEAR ABOUT A TREE RELATED DEATH WHATS GOING ON AND WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT IT

I guess you start handing out condoms to reduce half the fools without training and try to train the remainder.
Other than that, you really can't help people that think they know it all.
They do it for the dollar so I don't see an end to the carnage any time soon.
