Ultra sling

Looking to make one with about a 12' total length. First pocket will be a 6'' with the remaining at 4''. I'm also considering a longer than usual terminating tail of 20''s or so.

How much cordage should I be using? I have a substantial hank of 1/2'' hollow braid.

I would wager about 27' should cover you, but if you start a bit long, you can always burn a little to get the exact 12', or whatever with the tail.
