I thought this forthcoming event may be of interest to our friends across the water, who may feel like a trip to Scotland this summer

The Forestry Harvesting Demo 2011 will see five of the leading UK forestry companies; John Deere, Komatsu Forest, Ponsse, Tigercat and Clark, exhibiting and demonstrating their equipment on the same site, on the same day.

This unique event is taking place in the beautiful south west corner of Scotland in the Forest of Ae and is a real working demonstration.

A fantastic opportunity to see the industry's leading companies all together.

Will there free climbing equipment for people who are from Scotland? I think it would be a great opportunity to market yourselves as a company by giving free climbing equipment to me.

You could gather a big crowd round your exhibit and tell them that you've just given me loads of free equipment, it'd be a bit hit for sure. People would be talking about it for years.
