Trango cinch for sale

I have for sale one trango cinch belay device for sale. I was using it as a lanyard adjuster but I'm so used to having a microcender that I can't seem to get used to this new piece of equipment. It takes ropes 9mm-11mm. The 11mm is a strict size, it won't even take my tachiyon line or poison ivy line. Ive used it very little, maybe 3 total climbs, all low and slow initial climbs

55 bucks takes the cake

OOO I might have to snag that from you. Does it operate anything like a grillion? I want a longer/smaller lanyard rope but the Grillion isn't my dream peice of hardwear.

jman. This is exactly what you want then. Its way more compact than the grillion but operates like one as far as releasing under a load. Let me check my stock, I may have a bit of beeline to sweeten the deal for ya

Ps. I'll be in sandbridge on the first week of august for a week of vacation. I have a bunch of gear I'm bringing down for some rec climbing so if you want to try out some new gear give me a ring. I'll pm you my number. I'll be bringing both the treemotion and treeflex if you want to hang in em for a while

Sadly the beeline would have to already have the snap spliced into it by a dealer/store. Company policy everything spliced must come from a dealer. No double fisherman knots to create a lanyard or even a prussik. But I would take you up on the offer to sit in both your saddles.

yeah man no problem, ill pm you my number, so are you interested in the cinch? you could always call sherrill and have them splice you a beeline with a snap, i had them splice one up for me 4 months ago, its holding up great, but definetly have them add some tubular webbing to the lanyard like the grillion has to help with abbrasion.

Ya I'll send ya my info shortly. I actually took of my tubing because it got in the way and i was always setting it to protect. I'm just taking it as a wear and tear cost from here on out.

No double fisherman knots...

Man, I'd be grounded. Is there history of failures or just concern about incorrect tieing, etc.

From what I was told, no failures just one small way of keeping us safe. Its hard to police a large company and make sure everyone is using the lanyard properly. I understand but then again I don't
