Tow behind back hoe

I’ve been looking at tow behind back hoes for a couple different reasons. The ones I’ve seen local in Ontario on kijiji etc are sold by the time people reply to my messages. Where do you guys look for those? Harbour freight says no cross border shipping.
They’re $5,000 new at Princess Auto but if you look you never know what you may find.

I don't think I have seen a tow behind backhoe.

These forums being mostly about trees I’d warn you that backhoes and trees aren’t a good mix. If you are thinking about uprooting trees don’t consider anything smaller than an 8 ton excavator, for little trees.
A tow behind backhoe might uproot a rose bush in sand - with a lot or finagling.

I hear you. It’s actually not for trees it’s for my old man. Separate situations all together I’ve just found luck asking about stuff on the buzz before so it was just a one off. Can’t hurt to post and ask.

I get you Kevin (I’m an old man).
Princess Auto is great and I bet their tow behind backhoe is grand for the money, especially if as you said, you could find one malingering in a garage looking for a new home.
I have two Princess welders, a $129 log arch, and countless other sundries from them that have all given a lot of good service.
