Hey all,
I have held the position of P.H.C. manager for a sizable tree company in the St. Louis area for 15 yrs. It's a good job all in all, but no pay increases for the past 9 yrs have forced me
to see what else is out there. My duties include all aspects of tree P.H.C spray, fert, consult, oak wilt, ded I think you all get the picture. We all read about pay being stagnate, would like to hear what others think if nothing else.

No pay increase in 9 years????

Have you increased the revenue/profit brought into the company over the 9 years?

Is there not cost of living or inflation in St. Louis?

Of course there is one other possibility.

The company's done fine, year end bonus range from 500.00 to 5000.00 but nothing I can bank on. Re; inflation, reg no lead is about 2.80 a gal?
