Just bought a demo 750 chipper and ran it for a few days this week. Had some minor issues, like o-rings go bad on a valve and an actuator got misaligned, but no big deal.

The chipper is a beast and should be fun when we start feeding it with the mini!

Our biggest dissapointment has been the winch. It seems very underpowered for the size of the machine, we had a hard time pulling piles of brush and small tops. I have never worked with a winch on a chipper before, so it's hard to compare. Any thoughts from others?

there may be a valve adjustment under one of the bolts to increase hydraulic pressure to the winch .... or your diverter valve to winch isn't fully in the right position

If you get a chance, call 989-772-8818 and ask for Paul, he should be able to get you squared away. He worked at Woodsman/Terex for 16 years and our mechanic Matt worked there for 12, they're the go to guys for those machines.

Thanks Tevor. I talked to a guy at Terex named Mike and he helpes me check a few things over the phone. Haven't tried it yet, but it should be good.
