Arborist Team Leader.
Qualified & experienced Arborist to fulfill a role as Team Leader.
You will be responsible for leading your team towards the company’s goals of quality, productivity, safety and customer satisfaction.
Your real talent is managing a job site and the people you work with to get the job done efficiently while keeping the team, customer & company delighted with the results.
You will work hands on, with another climber & groundcrew, performing tasks as needed and help train your team. You must have an accurate understanding CODIT and Pruning to AS:4373, and be able to put these theories into practice to prune mature trees to the highest standards. You will have experience with rigging for takedowns and perform Confined Space Removals with minimal disturbance to surrounding gardens.
You preferably have an MR truck license and minimum Level 3 cert in Arboriculture. This is a Full Time position. Top salary of $60,000 -$70,000+pa. for the right person.
Climbing Arborist.
A quality tree service company established in the bayside suburbs of Melbourne for 13yrs seeks a Qualified & experienced Climbing Arborist.
You will be the lead climber and must have an accurate understanding of CODIT and Pruning to AS:4373, and be able to put these theories into practice to prune mature trees to the highest standards. You will have experience with advanced rigging for takedowns and perform Confined Space Removals with minimal disturbance to surrounding gardens.
You must have an MR truck license and minimum Level 3 cert in Arboriculture. This is a Full Time position. Top salary of $50,000 -$60,000+pa. for the right person.
Ground Crew Tree Worker.
A quality tree service company established in the bayside suburbs of Melbourne for 13yrs seeks experienced Ground Crew.
Must have prior industry experience & be competent with rigging, chainsaw, woodchipper & stumpgrinder operation. MR truck license an advantage. Full Time position & salary of $40,000-$45,000.
