Southeastern New England, sewn splicing?

Anybody know where in New England to get a sewn eye in a rope that won't take hand splice? (Sterling WorkPro 11mm)

I'd be tempted to try myself if stitching by hand is possible? Never done one tho, and my life will be hanging on it.

Thanks for any leads!

I have sewn that rope, and used those sewn eyes to drag logs

I do a different style than moss; I do hand sew it without a speedy stitcher or anything other than a sewing needle with a round tip. I use better thread than I used to, more in line with the recomended waxed poly from that thread.

Thanks Matias, Is there a thread you can link me? I didn't have much luck with search feature here

If you're willing to mail/ship your rope, I've used and can recommend Gap Arborist Supply, in Kinzers, PA as well as Arbsession, in Green Bay, WI.

I don't know if they're still open, but trawlworks in southern RI might be able to help you out. they do maritime splicing and supply
