Except that during the pandemic business boomed more than ever at least in this country. And business booming means trees dying.
I think David Attenborough did a doc on how wildlife returned to cities after “lockdown” and just those couple weeks of less people being outside and what that looked like. Pretty cool maybe bezos prime or netflayx ?
 
During lockdown there was a run on home/yard renovation since people had to spend their time there. # neighbourhood walkers increased too. Lumberyards ran out of stock.

A steep drop is inevitable considering the tanking birthrates for a myriad of reasons.
