Ouch, that hurts. Because there is a lot of truth to it. BUT, one of the main reasons that I got involved with ISA and TCIA was to change this. YES, they are businesses with shortcomings, but I try to remain optimistic and keep plugging at the goal... 'A rising tide lifts all ships.' If we change the average consumer's expectations, and if we can help raise the bar for each other, there just might be a light at the end of this tunnel.
