Sherrill Tree... WTF?

Make a phone call not email. Explain that THEIR error put you into an overdrawn situation on your bank account and either they can explain it to the bank and get the charge waived or pay it. That would be good customer service.

You could also PM Tobe thru the BUZZ...
 
I think this thread should be moved to the rant and rave section of the forum. I had a complaint and posted it there and was promptly responded to and appologized for any harm that was done. I would consider this a rant and think it should be placed there.

Got a call yesterday from the head of client relations from sherrill. The whole situation has been worked out and luckily the bank decided not to charge me for overdrafting.

FYI I little birdy told me that the TM is increasing in price... about a hundred smackeroons if my memory serves me.... yeowch
