Sawpod

Sawpod looks good but the spiderjack looks even better. I have been soooooo tempted, but again for the year so far I have been keeping things simple and using what I got which is a fair bit of gear ( that stuff seems to accumulate out of nowhere ), after all I been only climbing four years but business was good last year. Don't know what this year will bring so I taking it easy on my purchasing. Swing.

I've got a relatively new hank of velocity kicking around, just started on a spiderjack a few weeks ago, the velocity really the way to go? Been running tachyon, and this reminds me to start using my sawpod!

Hey Jeff you are a riot, sell everything I like your style but before somewhere you were telling me lockjack and vortex I think. Ya mean get rid of the TM and sequoia too. I want a spiderjack which I would like to try out. Got the pulley saver and don't like it with the hitchclimber VT as I find all the friction ends up at the hitch ( maybe spiderjack eliminates this ). Prefer Ring ring FS. Got velocity but again I am 6' 185 and it feels too puny in my hands, prefer bluestreak or any arbormaster. I know you guys say that is heavy but I love it when its worked in feels like man's rope. I am a 4 year climber who ain't too bad for an old fella nearly 45, but I am fit as a fiddle somewhat like an aged bourbon pretty smooth, coming from TN you should know ya bourbon. I like ya posts so maybe take the spiderjack advice, keep the velocity,I may try the vortex as I do like the footlocking capabilities ( velocity ) and my favorite shop Wesspur carries it. That sound like a compromise uh Jeff. Still keep a few bits whadda ya say, here's a little tropical flavor two pics . Swing
