So, a month or so ago we bought 2 new 150's. Was excited about this purchase. The saw that I wound up with never ran right, tough to start, low power, bogged and died easily, twas a true turd. We brought the saw back, explained, counter person says no worries we'll have it ready for you in a few days. From past experience we know this shop is slow so decided to see how long they would keep the saw without calling us back. Flash forward a month-ish and we need to go in for some supplies. So, asked about the saw "oh, we don't have a 2 stroke mech right now so we had to send it up to the other shop. The piston was shot, manufacture defect, we're waiting to hear from them (Stihl), saw will be rebuilt and ready soon." We decide, the whole thing is bunk. We want a new saw or money back. Is this unreasonable? We were firmly denied this request from the shop owner. Now today the other 150 shits the bed, ha!
