Safety and Training Coordinator - CINCINNATI, OHIO

Hello,

We are a tree care company located in Cincinnati, Ohio and are looking for a safety and training coordinator. Our company was established in 2011 and currently have 32 employees. Our equipment ranges from back yard spider lifts, Sennebogen's, cranes and grapple trucks.

We are looking for an individual that can:
- Teach and encourage a safe working environment.
- Teach and help employees grow their skill sets.
- Assess new hires and see where their skill sets are.
- Work out on crews and assess current employees and see where their skill sets are.

We expect this individual to have or can have within 3-12 months some of these credentials below:
- Certified Arborist
- Class A CDL (manual and air)
- Certified Tree Care Safety Professional (CTSP)
- CPR Certified

We offer 401K, paid health insurance ($500 deductible), paid time off, paid training. This would be a salary position and the starting range would be between $55,000 and $95,000 per year depending on experience and credentials. We are looking for someone with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE.
