I've heard of selective memory but not selective shipping.

No point in comparing order numbers when they're not shipping in order of orders received.

Must be operating on some back asswards accounting methods over there. :endesacuerdo:

I guess getting pissed off in a public way works in getting your order processed.
About 20 min after I posted my ship notification came in.

I received shipping confirmation but no tracking number.

Did you get the tracking numbers in the shipping confirmation or did they arrive separately?

"Label created"

Hopefully someone puts it on the outgoing pallet today. And crap - UPS SurePost - so add on a couple of extra days considering how dismal the postal service is these days.

Your killing me Nick....Are you telling me if I order right now I will see one soon?

Actually, if you order right now you can still get a ship date. We tend to oversell accidentally, so this time we turned the out of stock on early. Folks seeing a 5-6 week backorder, and ordering are being pleasantly surprised with tracking numbers this week. Versus people buying 'in-stock' and then not getting it for a while. That ship date is going to be true pretty soon though.

It's difficult to always allocate unshipped inventory perfectly correctly especially when the volume and sales velocity are through the roof. I'm happy with taking fewer orders because out of the out of stock status and would rather surprise and delight than over-promise and underdeliver.

It allows you to take the pin out or partly out without having to get your finger in there. It's a recess with a tapered rotation that depresses the tab for you.

Noo way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 8O

Also, you are clever for even figuring out what that was. I don't think I would've figured that out.

Philosophical question related to safety: does that reduce the number of steps needed to remove the pin, or just the ergonomics of removal?
It's only on the inside, not the outside, so use of this feature could only happen after you had committed to opening the device. It takes 4 practiced fluid motions to get the pin completely out of the device. 5 or six if everything isn't lined up perfectly. To have it happen on accident and then drop the pin would be highly unlikely, although not impossible.

It does reduce the number of steps. In the best way.
