Rope Runner Pro Making a Weird Noise

My RRP started to chirp on a descent today in the tree ... anyone else had/heard this? Couldn't reproduce the sound later so not sure what to think. Sounded kinda like a roller needed lube, but not sure.

My rope runner original would chirp sometimes. It’s the slic pin spinning in the bird I believe.

The Pro and 2nd gen both chirp for me occasionally. I also think it is just the slice pin squealing and seems normal

they do like a bit of 3:1 lube at the joints from time to time.

im going to agree with others, seems like the slic pin spinning in the bird.

although me not using one, I have no clue, but this is why I keep a figure 8, and spare hitch cord on my saddle when I climb

I dont know if I need to be mad that this of all things made me laugh, or happy
