Boutte Tree is looking for a seasoned arborist trainer to help with training and safety.
Boutte Tree has five crews and we stay busy throughout the year.
To be considered a candidate must be:
A person with a 10 year minimum background in the industry including at least 5 years of full time production climbing experience and at least 3 years of experience operating a crane or similar equipment
An ISA certified arborist with at least one recertification
A person who has acted in a training and supervisory role at least three years and has a passion for training and creating a culture of safety
A socially mature person who is very personable, nurturing, and caring and who treats others with respect and kindness no matter what
A workaholic
For the right candidate we will offer an excellent package of benefits and salary of about 100,000 to be discussed and negotiated after the best candidate has been selected
