Preferred method for hauling away stump grindings

What do you guys do? Switch from the grapple attachment to a bucket attachment on the loader? Shovel them into a bucket and load them into the truck? BMG scoops? Back a truck to the grindings and shovel into the truck?

What is the most efficient way to do it and why?

Small stumps/inaccessible stumps/wet conditions: we still wheelbarrow chips up a 12 foot ramp into the truck. Benefit is chips are dumped at front of box, which is great because we always have topsoil at the rear for backfill.

Big/most stumps: mulch bucket goes on Ditch Witch. Holds about 3 wheelbarrows of chips. Obviously much faster and easier than manual. Only downside I can think of is that we sometimes have to offload our backfill dirt because we can only approach the truck from the rear and don't want to cover topsoil in chips. If you can side load your truck or trailer this problem goes away.

Highly recommend one of these for cleanup:

Really digs in and moves chips. Helps get compacted or muddy stuff out of grass. Rakes are useless for this. Or consider a Stihl Powerbroom. I think Daniel has a YouTube video showing how he uses it.

A pitchfork looking device with tines bent at 90° is called a potato rake I believe.

How does that compare to the groundskeeper rake? Ever used one of those?

I had a groundskeeper. I didn't like it. Seemed to snag in grass a lot, and really tore up the grass too. It was good at some things though, like getting thousands of exploded pieces of dead ash raked up.

The hook is better at moving large amounts of chips and getting them loosened from the grass and into a pile. Then I come back with a normal rake and it's all good.
