IS HIRING A PLANT HEALTH CARE MANAGER.
Colorado’s award-winning and premier tree care company since 1947 is seeking a visionary professional to lead, develop and direct our Plant Heath Care Department. Position will help meet growing customer demands for services and lead department to organizational growth and potentially multiple locations operation. Leader must be able to manage and develop staff through accountability, motivation, developing vision, strategic planning and execution to support $5MIL+ department. Will have direct management and budgetary responsibilities for up to 60+ key employees, providing safe, quality services to customers in high volume, time-sensitive applications. Must possess excellent communication and employee development skills, demonstrated results oriented management style, and strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Ideal candidate will have minimum of BS degree (preferable in Plant Sciences discipline), ISA Certification, appropriate licensing through Department of Agriculture, 2-5 years hands on management experience and mid to high-level MS Office knowledge. Pay range is $50-60K/yr + (DOE), plus full benefits including medical, dental, life/disability insurance, 401K with company match and discretionary profit sharing plan.
