I got a couple of them that I use on my knee ascender, they are really smooth and never get hung up on the way out. They shape of them works well to keep them oriented for my use, they have even come close to accidentally opening and coming off.

I have both ange s and ange l. I like them better than wiregate biners as the gate seems to be more substantial. Watch cross loading though, they don't like that much.
