Im curious if any small businesses have used/are using some sort of employee
training development plan to layout skills in a practical order? I guess, my objective is to give new personnel something solid to work on as far their next milestone to hone in on fundamental skilzz. Plus giving them a route/manual to achieve their own success. Im also not trying to overcomplicate the process, just looking for feedback from more exp people. Anything is appreciated.
