Optical Insert for Integral Protos Safety Glasses?

Does anyone wear prescription lenses in the Optical Insert for Protos Integral Safety Glasses?

I’m tempted by the Protos helmet, it having such full throated reviews, but would need prescription lenses fitted as I am accustomed to wearing “regular” progressive prescription safety glasses 100% of the time when working.

I just picked this up for my protos but haven't gotten the lenses in it yet. I figured for $8 I could get the insert and test fit the glasses before buying lenses. I think it will work ok, but I'd prefer the optical lenses to be a little bigger. Although I see why they have to be small

My wife uses the optical inserts. If you normally wear large, full coverage glasses, the small size of the inserts will take some getting used to. But they do work.

We both use the integral glasses and it is so nice not having the safety glasses ear pieces under the earmuffs. Far more comfortable and a much better seal against equipment noises. Having them store inside the helmet and be at the ready whenever needed is also nice.
