Oh hell! I did this job at a park last week what a f%£k&n mess! There a 3 large Maple trees along the foul line(yes like in baseball)and the chairman of the grounds commitie wants the trees trimed back off of the foul line only. I suggested that we properly prun these Maple trees that have been topped a long time ago. The gentlemen politely said no just offthe foul line. In polite conversation I asked why are you so set on having the trees pruned this way. I was thinking to myself,if you want to call it pruning,it's more like directional pruning along 3 phase. Well to make a long story longer there is a playground directly on the other side of these 3 large maples and they feel the trees kind of deflect foul balls when the softball leagues play!
Man I swear,I bet if another professional outfit drives by there probably going to say... OH HELL LOOK AT THAT MESS! How embarsing. I didn't turn the job down because Im not wealthy! Also it was a referral. The only jobs I turn down is if the customer insists on topping. When a coustmer ask about topping, I politely say"we do not provide that particular service" and then try to explain why we don't top trees.
