Oddball (to my area) tree ID

I've always wanted to get onto the property because I could see a lot of neat and different plants.
There are a lot of really cool trees that I don't see very often; weeping Katsura, weeping Kousa dogwood, Chinese fringe tree (Chionanthus retusus), snake bark maple (Acer grosseri - I only knew because there was a tag), davidia, parasol tree.

There are 2 trees in the front that I wasn't able to ID. Any help would be appreciated. No pics of leaves, but most good at ID don't need em anyway.

That's a big ol pear. The bark doesn't look like the pear's we have around here but I'll buy it.

Thanks TreeCo, didn't know what it was either so looked it up "...known for its pungent, often unpleasant smell during its flowering stage, which has been described as reminiscent of rotting fish."
Nice.

I think that TreezyBreezy has it. Someone on another site mentioned Sorbus alnifolia as well. I would never have thought of mtn. ash just because of the bark, but Korean looks pretty smooth.

Well, thanks Treetopflyer, I don't deserve that. I get one right once in a while, but I have much to learn.

Good job!

It's not something I run into in the NE GA area. I though it might be a cultivar of pear other than Bradford as it sure don't have Bradford's bark.
